OCEANSIDE: Partial booze ban enacted for Coaster trains
OCEANSIDE —- Despite near-unanimous calls for a total alcohol ban on all Coaster commuter trains, transit directors decided Thursday that last call will be 9 p.m.
It was unclear when the partial ban will take effect. A previous version of the alcohol ordinance, considered in May, would have started as of July 1.
