Oceanside’s “Senior Citizens Day” Expo 2009
Oceanside’s “Senior Citizens Day” Expo 2009 will be held a week earlier this year, October 3rd, 2009. There will be a change of VENUE from downtown Civic Center to the NEW “El Corazon Senior Center”. The building’s Charles Moore/Irving Gill inspired design was the concept of Roesling Nakamura Terrada, Inc. and provides a functional and beautiful setting that invites the outdoors in.
Plan your day now, set your calendar for the 1st Saturday in October. There will be food, entertainment and don’t forget you get your FREE flu shots. Shuttle service will be provided for those who have to park away from the center to get you to the door. Buses that take you there are the 317 and the 319.
